We sold our flat and bought a condo through George and his team. It was our first time selling our flat and buying a condo. It was not smooth at first. We missed 2 offers. We felt disappointed and disheartened. George assured us it was nobody's fault, just nature taking its on course. We are glad we stuck with George and continue to have faith in him and his team. In the end, not only did we sold our flat at $50k above our expectation, through the meticulous hard work and thorough analysis from George, we were able to find a reasonably priced freehold condo in D11. Throughout the entire selling and buying process, I must say there were unexpected hiccups that raised our doubts, but at the end of it all, when all the dust has settled and we looked back at all the bits and pieces, we could understand what a tremendous job George has done for us ! We signed an exclusive agreement for George to sell our house. George has a good network of buyers and brought lots of buyers to view. In every viewing, he is able to highlight the strong selling points of the house making sure the buyers know the benefits. On one occasion, we had 6 group of viewers in a day.
